Claim Policy

1. Proof of Ownership

To claim a venue profile, the applicant must submit valid documentation proving ownership or operational rights. Examples include:

• Business license matching venue name
• Signed lease agreement
• Utility bills in the venue’s name
• Official ID of the manager or legal representative

2. Verification Time

Claims are manually reviewed within 2–5 business days. Additional info may be requested to confirm authenticity.

3. False Claims

Falsely claiming a venue is a violation of these Terms and may constitute fraud under Swiss law. Offenders risk account suspension and legal consequences.

4. Disputes

If multiple parties claim the same venue, Clubly reserves the right to suspend the profile and request legal documentation to determine rightful ownership.
